Who we are
At Ed's Property Maintenance (ABN 66 354 081 923), we provide gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning and general property maintenance across Jervis Bay, the Shoalhaven and the NSW South Coast. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We only collect the information we need to quote and complete work for you. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and the details you include in your enquiry. If you call us, we may keep a short note of what you asked for. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, book and carry out work, issue invoices, and follow up about the job. We may contact you about a service reminder where it is relevant to work we have already done. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is needed to run the business, for example with our email and website providers, our accounting software, or a trade contractor helping on your job. These providers are required to protect your information. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
